How a class works
Classes take place in a specially equipped room with everything we need. We use different positions, supports and specific props — including wall ropes and chairs. They help place the body precisely, create support, gently lengthen the spine and make some movements more accessible. Regularity matters more than intensity. You can also practise from time to time, whenever you feel the need.
Release tension and give the body back its freedom of movement.
Strengthen the body and restore your confidence in it.
What Yoga & Pilates give you
Yoga and Pilates complement each other. Pilates builds strength, control and stability in the body, including the muscles that support the spine. Yoga brings mobility, coordination, attention and a deeper sense of your own body. Together they form a complete practice where strength meets suppleness, movement meets awareness, and activity meets the ability to relax. You're not just training your body — you're learning to use it better.
-
The wall
A reliable support — you build the posture and feel it without straining.
-
Ropes
Let you lengthen and unload the back; a sense of space appears.
-
The chair
Makes many postures accessible and clear.
-
Blocks
"Bring the floor closer" so it's easier to hold the shape of the posture.
-
Straps
Extend and guide the movement smoothly.
- 01
I watch how you move
I want to understand your body in particular.
- 02
I choose the postures and props
So that each one is within your reach.
- 03
We go step by step
We add more when the body is ready.
- 04
I follow your breath
The guide is what your body feels.
- 05
We finish in calm
I let the body gather itself before you head back to your day.
