Terms and conditions

Purpose

These terms govern the yoga and Pilates classes, Tibetan singing-bowl sound massages and sound meditations offered by Olesya — in the studio, one-to-one and online.

Booking and prices

Current formats and prices are shown on the “Schedule & prices” page. Booking is made via the site chat, Telegram or by phone.

Payment

Payment is made before or on the day of the class, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give notice of any cancellation or rescheduling — no later than 3 hours before an evening class and by 8 p.m. the day before for a morning class. For a later cancellation or a no-show, the session is deducted from the pass; for a single class, the payment is not refunded.

Health and responsibility

Classes are not a medical service. In case of illness, injury, pregnancy or any health condition, please consult a doctor before starting and inform the teacher. Participants practise within their own limits and remain responsible for their condition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
